The Human Rights Website
Welcome to the Human Rights Website.
This site aims to be a central point of information on human rights. Human rights are shown from different points of view:
- The philosopher interested in theoretical thinking about human rights and their justifications
- The critic interested in problems generated by human rights
- The practitioner's point of view, both legal practitioner and advocate
- The politician
- You and I and the general public.
All of them can find something interesting here, and are actively encouraged to contribute to this site through the Feedback page.
See the menu above for an overview of the available information. All visitors are encouraged to use the "Human rights now!" button on their own websites, blogs etc. Just right-click on the image and choose the "save picture as" option in Windows to save the button locally and then use elsewhere (or clicking while holding the "control" button on a Mac).
